Refund policy
1. Returns, exchanges and refunds are unavailable if products are no longer wanted.
2. In the unlikely event of items being received faulty/damaged, please contact us at sales@amomentarypause.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order and we will provide you with a return address. Faulty/Damaged items must be returned in the same condition as delivered, unopened and unused. Once received we will partially reimburse the cost of return.*
PLEASE NOTE: Our items go through quality checks before they are delivered to the customer, so faulty/damaged items are expected to be very rare.
3. No responsibility is taken if:
a. wrong model or colour in phone case has been ordered and we are more than 48 hours of order first being placed
b. when ordering a personalised item, the name has been spelled wrong and we are notified more than 48 hours after the order has been placed.
4. Delivery times may be subject to change, according to realtime. However, in the unlikely event of not receiving your item(s) within 20 business days (Monday - Friday) (UK), please contact us and a member of our team will get back to you within 72 hours.
Similarly, in the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item(s) than please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item(s) and we will try our hardest to get the right product to you as soon as possible and arrange a return for the one received.
Payments should be made via card or PayPal.
5. We do not charge extra for your preferred payment option, however your bank may charge you for a transaction and we cannot be held responsible for these charges. We will not refund any additional fees or costs your bank may charge.
